We are searching for awesome and passionate people to be part of our story at Parogon. More specifically our Restaurant Team.
The roles;
Parogon was founded by a group of local friends who had a passion for hospitality and wanted to bring something special to our local areas. We now have restaurants across Staffordshire, Cheshire, and Shropshire.
We have BIG plans for the future and a track record for internally progressing our people. It’s at the centre of what we do and forms a huge part of our Culture.

Our Front of House teams are one of the main pillars of our restaurants and are the guardians of the guests experience from start to finish.
A bit about you;
Confidence and a willing to learn are key. You will also need a keen eye for detail (our standards are super important, and you will be leading from the Restaurant Floor)
Also working as part of a big team is something you will thrive at, connecting not only with our guests but with your colleagues as well.
