As a General Manager at Prezzo, you’ll be at the heart of your restaurant, leading your team to success while delivering exceptional Italian hospitality. Experience We Value

• 3+ years of experience as a General Manager or senior manager in the hospitality industry.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience in P&L management, sales growth, and cost
• control.
• Passion for hospitality with a customer-first mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, able to make effective real-time decisions.
• Commitment to upholding health & safety and food safety standards.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to balance multiple priorities effectively.
