Role Overview:

You will manage a full and varied caseload of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions. The role offers real scope for progression and the opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of a thriving property team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Running your own caseload of residential conveyancing files from start to finish
• Providing high-quality legal advice and exceptional client service
• Assisting with mentoring junior colleagues and sharing knowledge within the team
• Maintaining compliance with regulatory and professional standards
• Supporting the firm's business development efforts

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 4 years' PQE in residential property
• Strong technical skills and the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with a keen attention to detail
• Commercially aware and driven to deliver results
