  • Extensive experience working directly with children and young people, ideally within a residential care setting.

  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to connect with and support children who have a wide range of complex needs and diverse life experiences.

  • An outcome-focused approach, effectively utilising your relationships with young people to inspire positive change, build trust, and help them achieve long-term success.

Wanting the best for our children, we are developing our current in-house residential services to best meet the needs of our children.
