  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of scheduled and completed repairs.
  • Respond promptly to queries and requests related to property repairs.

  • Ensure all repair activities comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Provide administrative support to the property department as needed.

Profile

A successful Repairs Planner should have:

  • Previous experience in scheduling or coordination within the public sector or property field.
