Role Overview: As a Registered Nurse, at MPS Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care and support. You will provide your expertise and professionalism to ensure the well-being of patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' health status, focusing on stroke-related conditions and complications.
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans tailored to each patient's specific needs.
• Administering medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by the healthcare team.
• Monitoring and recording vital signs and patient progress, making appropriate adjustments to the care plan as required.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement effective care plans.
• Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
• Adhere to all medical and ethical standards, ensuring patient confidentiality.
• Stay updated with the latest medical advancements and best practices.

• Valid and active NMC Registration.
• 6 Months proven experience as a Registered Nurse with Care of the elderly expertise.
• Excellent knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Empathetic, caring, and dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
• Attention to detail and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
