Aspris
Date: 12 hours ago
City: Blackpool
Contract type: Full time

At Aspris Children’s Services, we are searching for the right person to join us in our North West region through the next exciting phase of its development.
Based in the Blackpool area, our Children's home is a homely residential care service for young people with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties, and learning difficulties. Within the home, we nurture young people in developing key life skills, with the aim to enable them to live within the community as independently as possible.
The young people we support are empowered to achieve their goals, including supporting them in accessing therapy and education services. This is a fantastic role and opportunity to shape and change their lives in a safe, caring, loving and family environment. We are looking for someone to be the spark, utilising the support of the wider Aspris Group to develop and inspire both our staff and our young people to achieve their full potential.
You can be part of something special!
As part of Aspris, we are dedicated to enhancing the life opportunities of the young people within our homes, and always celebrate uniqueness and diversity. We need an inspiring manager, someone who will lead the team and use their experience and innovation to plan activities and create those wonderful life opportunities for every young person, taking into account each individual’s needs.
What do you get in return?
Aspris is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. All applicants must be willing to undergo safeguarding screening appropriate to the post, including checks with Disclosure & Barring Service and at least 2 references which cover the last 3 years; for all our services we will request references from where you have worked with either Children or Vulnerable Adults.
