Your role @Chanel
As Regional Process Manager – Procurement & Supply O2C, you will support the Regional Process Owner in the end-to-end ownership, stability and evolution of Order-to-Cash and Direct Procurement processes for the UK Region. Your scope includes triangular invoicing Local product, and related supply chain processes.
You are responsible for process governance, operational readiness and continuous improvement across your scope. You ensure that business requirements are clearly defined, that changes are assessed end-to-end, and that releases and initiatives are delivered with minimal operational risk.
You act as a key interface between business teams, Operations, Finance and Tech, supporting incident resolution, change delivery and adoption. You work closely with the Distribution Continuous Improvement manager , the Process Adoption Manager and other stakeholders to ensure consistent ways of working and sustainable improvements across the Region.

As Regional Process Manager – Procurement & Supply O2C, you will support the Regional Process Owner in the end-to-end ownership, stability and evolution of Order-to-Cash and Direct Procurement processes for the UK Region. What impact you will create at Chanel:
- Process Ownership E2E: Own end-to-end O2C processes, including triangular invoicing (CBO), local product flows and related supply chain touchpoints. Enable operational excellence and adaptability by ensuring projects and system changes deliver sustainable results aligned with both global standards and local requirements. Strengthen cross-functional collaboration to optimize business performance and customer experience.
- Release & Change Readiness: Ensure that all process changes and releases strengthen operational model, minimize disruption, and support a seamless transition to BAU. Foster stakeholder confidence through clear communication, resulting in smoother adoption, reduced incidents, and sustained process performance.
- Process Adoption: Support business teams in understanding and confidently owning new and evolved processes through training, clear documentation. Act as liaison between Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, Operations and Techn to ensure seamless O2C flows.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify inefficiencies, manual activities and automation opportunities across O2C and Direct Procurement processes. Shape, prioritise and drive improvement initiatives end-to-end, engaging the right stakeholders and delivering measurable, sustainable business impact.
- Performance Monitoring: Support the definition and monitoring of process KPIs across your scope, spotting deviations early, driving corrective actions, and ensuring stakeholders have the insight they need to manage performance and accountability.
- Translating complex strategic objectives into actionable projects and seeing them through to successful, sustainable outcomes.
- Building seamless process frameworks that enable the business to run elegantly and efficiently.
- Creating unity and clarity across diverse teams and functions, nurturing a culture of collaboration and shared success.
- Continuously seeking new ways to elevate, automate, and optimise business processes, balancing efficiency with CHANEL’s luxury standards.
