Your Core Responsibilities

As Recruitment Team Leader, your role will be split between hands-on recruiting and team leadership, including:

• Overseeing the recruitment process for healthcare staff
• Managing, coaching and developing a small team of recruiters
• Monitoring performance and supporting the team to meet individual and group KPIs
• Reporting on recruitment metrics and trends to the Head of Recruitment
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with our regional hubs to forecast recruitment needs
• Ensuring the applicant tracking system (ATS) is fully utilised and up to date
• Engaging candidates and supporting them through a smooth and timely onboarding journey
  
  

What We're Looking For

• A passionate people-first recruiter with at least 1 year of experience (healthcare experience is a bonus!)
• Someone who is results-driven and enjoys working to targets
• Confident with systems, calls, and candidate communication
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Proven ability to lead, support or mentor others, even informally - or a natural step-up for an experienced recruiter looking to grow
