Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our London team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring a seamless interview process by managing scheduling, coordinating logistics, and providing a best-in-class candidate experience. You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates across multiple time zones to facilitate a smooth and efficient hiring process.


Key Responsibilities



  • Interview Scheduling – Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring alignment between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.

  • Candidate Communication – Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing clear and timely updates on interview logistics.

  • Calendar Management – Manage complex interview calendars, resolving scheduling conflicts and optimizing efficiency.

  • Stakeholder Coordination – Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and executive assistants to ensure smooth scheduling and communication.

  • Process Improvement – Identify opportunities to enhance scheduling processes and improve the overall candidate experience.

  • Support Additional Recruitment Activities – Assist with offer coordination, onboarding prep, and other administrative recruitment tasks as needed.


Requirements



  • Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, or administrative support, preferably in a fast-paced recruitment or HR environment.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication skills, with a proactive and candidate-first approach.

  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and calendar tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook).

  • Ability to work across multiple time zones and adapt to shifting priorities.

  • A collaborative and team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
