Salary & Package:

Entry Level Recruitment Consultant (No Experience Needed)

• Basic Salary: £27,000, increasing to £28,000 after 12 months

• First-Year Earning Potential: £29,000 – £30,000 including commission

Recruitment Consultant -12 months+experience:

• £28,000-£29,500 basic salary dependent on experience

• OTE:£31,000 – £34,000 including commission

• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement
• Build strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
• Identify and win new business through sales calls and face to face client visits
• Source, interview and match candidates to suitable roles
• Work towards achievable sales and performance targets with full support and training

• 30 days annual leave (including bank holidays), rising to 33 days after one year
• Dedicated in-house training department providing industry-leading training and mentorship
• Opportunity to complete a Level 3 Recruiter Qualification

Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM (1 hour lunch break)
Office based role.

A full current driving licence isn't essential but is strongly preferred for client visits.
