- Recruitment Consultant
- Location: Codsall, Wolverhampton
- Salary: £24,000 – £27,000 per annum (plus bonus based incentive scheme)
- Shifts: Full-time | Monday to Friday

About This Role

As a Recruitment Consultant based in our Codsall office, you’ll:
- Review a high volume of applications for Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers, and Registered Nurses
- Screen multiple candidates daily through in depth conversations, ensuring skills and experience match our needs
- Make high volume outbound (warm) calls to new and previous applicants—no cold calling required
- Hit and surpass set targets around interview bookings and driving our care services’ growth
- Adapt to changing priorities in a fast paced environment while maintaining top productivity
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a recruitment or sales environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer focused approach
- Proficiency in IT systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to manage a high volume workload and adapt to shifting priorities
- Self motivated, resilient, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
- You’re switched on, target driven, and passionate about people
- You thrive on building relationships and delivering excellent service
- You have confidence making structured, engaging calls and booking interviews
- You’re eager to learn and grow professionally within a supportive team environment
