Inclusion Recovery Hampshire is recruiting 2 Recovery Workers to specialise in delivering time-limited digital interventions for people using alcohol. Working remotely, you will provide structured support via telephone and online platforms to service users across Hampshire.

These roles are ideal for caring, motivated individuals with experience in alcohol or substance use support, and with confidence using digital tools. You’ll work with individuals from first contact through to discharge, helping them achieve their recovery goals through flexible, person-centred support.

As part of our multi-disciplinary team, you will also contribute to the development of digital content and group programmes, and refer individuals into local Inclusion hubs or other services where further in-person or wraparound support is needed.

As a full-time Recovery Worker (37.5 hrs/week), you will deliver time-limited, digital support programmes for individuals using alcohol across Hampshire.

Support will be offered via telephone and online platforms, with the aim of increasing accessibility, reducing harm, and promoting engagement in recovery. You’ll develop and deliver brief psychosocial interventions tailored to individual needs, and signpost or refer to Inclusion hubs or other services where ongoing or specialist input is required.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Managing a remote caseload and maintaining regular digital contact with service users.
  • Delivering structured recovery programmes and motivational support.
  • Developing digital content and contributing to programme design.
  • Promoting alcohol awareness, harm reduction, and improved wellbeing.
  • Supporting service users to access wider recovery resources and community services

A willingness to work evenings and/or weekends is essential for this role.

This role is key in improving access and outcomes for those who may face barriers to attending in-person services
