Join Winchester Dental Solutions and become the friendly face of a modern, fully private dental practice. We are looking for a professional and personable Dental Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis.

Winchester Dental Solutions is a fully private practice with an excellent reputation in the local area for delivering the highest quality dentistry. Our experienced team work closely together to provide the best support for our clinicians, allowing them to focus on providing outstanding care to our patients.
We are located in Winchester, just a 5-minute walk from the train station, with excellent road and rail links to Southampton, Reading, Basingstoke, the M25, and destinations across the south coast.
Our practice prides itself on its friendly, collaborative team culture and commitment to patient-focused care.
The Role
As a Dental Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a warm and professional experience from the moment they arrive. You will manage the appointment diary, patient enquiries, payments, and help support the smooth running of daily operations.
Working Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:30

- Welcoming patients and creating a professional, positive first impression
- Managing appointments and maintaining an efficient diary
- Handling patient enquiries in person and over the phone
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient records
- Supporting the clinical team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Work in a modern, 3 surgery fully equipped practice with excellent facilities
- Paid parking permit

- Previous dental reception experience is beneficial but not essential
