You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of RAM objectives across tenders, projects, and programs, driving excellence in Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD). Day-to-day, you’ll collaborate closely with teams across the business, lead continuous team improvement initiatives, mentor and coach team members, and much more.
We will look to you for:
- Leading the achievement of RAM deliveries throughout the DFQ cycle for tenders, projects, and programs on your site, in compliance with the RAM Instruction and associated milestones.
- Managing and approving Quality Cost Delivery (QCD) commitments for tenders, projects, and programs.
- Agreeing on and implementing department guidelines with the RAM Department Head, including team profile and skills, growth plans, evolutions, and competitiveness.
- Managing the RAM workload on your site and allocating RAM resources in accordance with business needs and available budget.
- Developing and maintaining RAM resource skills through planning training, coaching, and mentoring.
- Ensuring the proper application of RAM assurance methodologies and reviewing/validating all RAM analysis as per the RAM Instruction.
- Deploying RAM processes, methods, and tools in accordance with central rules and RAM Instruction, while proposing improvements based on Return on Experience (REX).
- Acting as the RAM Process Correspondent (if no other has been appointed) and managing process reviews and continuous improvement.
- Providing technical expertise and reviewing RAM issues to support root cause identification and setting up mitigation measures.
- Ensuring customer (internal or external) RAM acceptance and satisfaction.

- Degree in Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience or understanding of Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) principles and methodologies.
- Knowledge of Quality Cost Delivery (QCD) objectives and processes.
- Familiarity with Digital Transformation tools and frameworks.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage and coach a team, fostering skill growth and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in deploying and improving processes, methods, and tools.
- Expertise in root cause analysis and mitigation planning.
- Strong organisational and workload management skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and adaptability to evolving business needs.
