What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage all aspects of cost control for projects.
- Oversee contract administration and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop accurate budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor project progress and implement cost-saving measures.
- Prepare detailed reports on financial performance for stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and change orders effectively.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality assurance protocols.
- Support project managers in resolving contractual issues promptly
- Proven experience in quantity surveying or contract management within the heating, ventilation, or building services industry.
- Strong knowledge of cost control techniques and contract law.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyse financial data and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Preferred: Experience managing large-scale HVAC or Passive Fire projects.
- Preferred: Certification in quantity surveying or project management.
