Purpose and Mission
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quality & Process Technician to support our production operations and drive continuous improvement on the shop floor.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring product quality, process compliance, and operational efficiency, working closely with Process Engineering and Quality teams.

Purpose and Mission
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quality & Process Technician to support our production operations and drive continuous improvement on the shop floor.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring product quality, process compliance, and operational efficiency, working closely with Process Engineering and Quality teams.
Key Activities and Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime and ensure quality standards
- Perform shop floor inspections and ensure compliance with specifications
- Identify gaps between operations and SOPs, and support corrective actions
- Document findings from audits, inspections, and investigations
- Support the development and improvement of process specifications
- Participate in GEMBA and BMS audits to drive continuous improvement
- Inspect key process components and coordinate with maintenance for replacements
- Actively escalate issues and follow up on corrective actions (e.g. Kaizen)
- Basic knowledge of quality assurance principles and inspection processes
- Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with a structured and proactive approach
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a dynamic environment
- Good communication skills and confidence to escalate issues when needed
- Comfortable working with MS Office and standard IT tools
- Willingness to work in a rotating shift pattern
- Technical diploma or qualification in Engineering/Production
- Experience with internal audits or QMS
- Familiarity with problem-solving tools (e.g. Why-Why analysis, Kaizen)
