Location/Division Specific Information:

Working at our Inchinnan site is rewarding and impactful. We support both the Bioscience (BID) and Bioproduction (BPG) divisions, helping customers worldwide make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. From upstream to downstream manufacturing, we deliver innovative solutions that improve product quality and accelerate the development of biotherapeutics for research institutes, clinical labs, and pharmaceutical companies.

How Will You Make an Impact?:

You will perform raw material and finished goods' testing in an ISO-accredited lab, including analytical chemistry and prep for microbiological and tissue culture samples, supporting testing schedules, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction

A Day in the Life:

  • Perform Finished Goods release testing per SOPs efficiently and on time
  • Rotating weekly shifts: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM (Week 1) / 8:30 AM–4:30 PM (Week 2)
  • Conduct water testing (TOC & conductivity), FTIR identification, wet chemistry, and loss on drying
  • Handle sample organisation, storage, and data entry in lab systems
  • Perform environmental monitoring, equipment calibration, and maintenance
  • Ensure accurate test records in line with ISO 13485 standards

Assist with reports and other assigned tasks

  • Engage in ongoing training and development

Education: Requires a minimum of a HND in a science related field.

Experience:

Working experience not required, but would be considered as an advantage

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Strong oral and written communication skills with a proven ability to work in a cross functional team environment and to effectively interact with all levels of the company. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal and external development team members are essential.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

  • Work is conducted in an analytical lab environment. Candidate will be required to perform raw material sampling, this will involve the movement of boxes and pallets. May be required to stand for long periods of time while performing duties. Must be able to work safely with chemicals and hazardous materials. Must be able to work overtime and flexible shifts.
