Shift Pattern:

Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday 06.00 - 17.30

Week 2 - Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday 06.00 - 17.30

Salary: £13.68 Per Hour

What are we looking for?

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

The following is a list of core responsibilities that the job holder can be expected to undertake.

• Work with other members of the quality team to ensure that planned checks and tests are conducted in line with customer requirements.
• Conduct periodic audits of the operational areas ensuring all procedures are being adhered to.
• Monitor and report any non-conformances of customer and company standards (ie product quality, packaging, food safety, hygiene, documentation, traceability).
• Conduct ‘egg break outs’ to monitor the quality of egg being supplied by farms and report any non-conformances.
• Ensure that all relevant documentation and databases are updated and maintained.
• Assist Management in support of third-party audits such as BRC, customer audits etc.
• Assist with the training of new Quality Control Operatives as and when required.
• Any other tasks outlined by the Manager to support the operation and business needs
