Job Description
In this role, you will work as a fully contributory member of the Quality team, undertaking specific complex Quality Assurance activities across Maritime and Land. This will be achieved though ensuring Customer Quality conditions.
Core Duties
The Maritime and Land QA team works closely with projects delivering a range of products and services to our defence customers in the UK and abroad. The QA team provides assurance that Quality requirements are being met so that our outputs deliver the capability our customers demand and rely on. You will have the opportunity to develop and enhance your skills and knowledge, with the potential to lead into more senior positions within a global business.

Job Description
In this role, you will work as a fully contributory member of the Quality team, undertaking specific complex Quality Assurance activities across Maritime and Land. This will be achieved though ensuring Customer Quality conditions.
Core Duties
- You will support the management of non-conformance resolution and corrective actions with suppliers, key stakeholders and process owners
- You will analyse data effectively resulting in identifying themes and implementing corrective actions
- You will contribute to working groups ensuring deliverables are achieved and Learning from Experience (LfE) is captured and applied
- You will support departmental reviews and liaise with the customer when required
- You will produce written reports and presentations ensuring accuracy and clarity of meaning
- You will be NC or HNC qualified in an appropriate technical discipline or equivalent Quality experience
- You will have 1uality professional, lead/internal auditor status or equivalent experience
- You will understand and apply ISO 9001 / EN9100 standards
- You will understanding of Business Management Systems, the Operational Framework and Operational Assurance process
- You will have knowledge of product safety requirements
- You will understand the importance of cross functional integration
- You will have export requirements knowledge (for example International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR))
