QHSE Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality Assurance: Implement systems to deliver quality parts to customers on time.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and resolving quality issues.
  • Risk Management: Develop policies and training to minimize associate injury risks.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company security policies and procedures.
  • Audits: Perform internal and supplier audits to enhance systems and ensure quality.
  • Training: Coordinate and conduct supplier training on quality and HSE systems.
  • Special Circumstances:
  • Multitasking: Prioritize tasks and coordinate efforts across departments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Travel: Occasionally travel to other facilities, customers, and suppliers.
  • Collaboration: Obtain cooperation from individuals reporting to other managers using effective communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

  • Relevant qualification in Engineering or Manufacturing Management, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP software (training provided).
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, self-motivated, and driven to succeed.
  • Ability to travel occasionally overnight and/or internationally.
  • Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental standards (ISO 14001 and 45001).
  • Certified lead auditor or Internal Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 (desirable).
  • NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety and/or Environmental Management Certificate.
  • Experience in industrial plant operations, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Knowledge in Quality Management Systems with specific knowledge in ISO 9001/2015 ver.
