We're working with specialist SEN schools across Fleet that are looking for Psychology Graduates to join their teams from September.
These opportunities are ideal for graduates who want to make a real difference while developing practical skills and experience within education and child support services.
No school experience? That's okay.
You don't need previous classroom experience to apply.

What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting children and young people with additional needs including autism, ADHD, and SEMH
- Working closely with teachers and SEN staff throughout the school day
- Providing 1:1 and small group support
- Helping students build confidence, emotional regulation, and independence
- Supporting positive behaviour strategies
- Creating a calm, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment

We'd Love To Hear From You If You Are
- A Psychology graduate or final-year student
- Interested in child development and mental health
- Compassionate, calm, and adaptable
- Looking to gain experience before further training or postgraduate study
- Passionate about supporting children with additional needs
- Full-time opportunities starting in September
- Weekly PAYE pay from £100 per day
- Free CPD and specialist SEN training
