Role Purpose
The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, governance, and delivery of the Cost/Sell and Induct workstreams within the Booker MyProduct Essentials (MPE) programme. The role will ensure alignment between Booker stakeholders, Atos business analysts, third-party development partners, and business SMEs to achieve agreed milestones, manage dependencies, and deliver business value.

Role Purpose
The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, governance, and delivery of the Cost/Sell and Induct workstreams within the Booker MyProduct Essentials (MPE) programme. The role will ensure alignment between Booker stakeholders, Atos business analysts, third-party development partners, and business SMEs to achieve agreed milestones, manage dependencies, and deliver business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day delivery of the Cost/Sell and Induct workstreams.
- Develop and maintain integrated plans, milestones, RAID logs, and status reporting.
- Coordinate activities across Booker stakeholders, Atos consultants, business analysts, product owners, and development partners.
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions, ensuring timely escalation where required.
- Facilitate governance forums, steering meetings, workshops, and project reviews.
- Track progress against delivery objectives and ensure workstreams remain on schedule and within budget.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and communication across business and technology teams.
- Ensure delivery readiness, quality assurance, and successful transition into business operations.
- Support identification and management of change requests, scope impacts, and commercial considerations.
- Minimum of 8 years experience as Project Manager which needs to include collating requirements, managing third party development teams using agile, and co-ordinating UAT for changes to websites.
- Proven experience delivering business transformation or technology projects preferably in a wholesale business .
- Strong project governance, planning, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, suppliers, and senior stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
- Delivery of Cost/Sell and Induct milestones to agreed schedule.
- Effective management of risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Positive stakeholder feedback from Booker and Atos teams.
- Successful adoption of delivered capabilities by business users.
