We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a 360° role where you’ll manage the full lifecycle of automatic sprinkler system projects—from design to installation—ensuring they’re delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will lead the full lifecycle of construction-based projects, with a focus on the effective and efficient design, procurement, and installation of automatic sprinkler systems. Your role will involve cross-departmental collaboration, supervision of engineers and subcontractors, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
You will ensure compliance with key industry regulations including BSEN 12845, BS9251, NFPA, and FM Global, while conducting regular site audits, attending handover and coordination meetings, and managing all project documentation. Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting the training and development of junior staff, contributing to a high-performing and knowledgeable team.
Additionally, you’ll prepare and manage risk assessments, method statements, and COSHH documentation, while maintaining accurate as-fitted drawings and project records. Collaboration is key—you’ll work closely with internal teams, support junior engineers, and help foster strong client relationships to encourage repeat business. You’ll also contribute to company initiatives, training, and continuous improvement efforts.

What You’ll Bring
- Experience in a similar sprinkler project management role
- Knowledge of BSEN 12845, BS9251, NFPA, FM Global standards
- Competency in AutoCAD 2D and hydraulic calculation software (e.g. FHC)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A customer-focused mindset and attention to detail
