Opportunity Overview: A fantastic opportunity has risen to temporarily join my client as a Project Manager.
My client is a leading global financial services firm providing a wide range of investment banking, securities, investment management and wealth management services. The Firm's employees serve clients worldwide including corporations, governments, and individuals from more than 1,200 offices in 43 countries

Role Objective: We are looking for an experienced professional, Senior Associate/Senior Consultant level to support my client Office of COO Regulatory and Strategic Initiatives team with execution of relevant projects.

Key Responsibilities:
The candidate should have prior experience with project management of strategic and regulatory projects and be familiar with investment management industry.
* Working with the team members to help develop project plans and deliver projects to a high standard and within budget
* Help manage day-to-day project execution
* Carry out meetings and facilitate workshops, preparing documentation and taking and writing up notes in an appropriate format when required
* Help prepare materials, reports, presentations, research and other documents as required
* Track action items, monitor progress and follow-up with the stakeholders
* Help to maintain good records including up-to-date project plan, working group and SteerCo materials and notes as require

Requirements:
* 3 - 5 experience with project management and execution in investment management essential, ideally as part of a recognised consulting firm or equivalent organisation
* Experience within regulatory or strategic projects essential
* Business management skills, persistence and determination, attention to detail, adaptability and ability to organise your time and workload
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong teamwork and people skills
* Ability to work in our London office in person for a minimum of 3 days/week
