We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to join our product team and contribute to the development, improvement and execution of our new product operating model and its milestones.

The Project Manager will manage multiple projects across Essentra, working closely with our Product Managers and cross-functional teams to coordinate, track and execute the introduction of new products and product lines into our Essentra product offering.

Additionally the Project Manager will be involved in any M&A project management such as due diligence timelines.

Required skills & experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, engineering or related field
  • Certification in project management (e.g. PMP, Prince2)
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Experience within an industrial components or similar industry preferred
  • Involvement with due diligence of potential business acquisitions product lines would be an advantage
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to analyse data, identify trends and develop actionable insights
  • Personality, energy and enthusiasm to maintain the momentum and pace of concurrent projects

This is a hybrid role with expectation of working in our Kidlington office 2-3 days per week.
