As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with Project Managers to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish. You’ll be responsible for tracking progress, managing information flow, and coordinating activities across the project lifecycle. This role is key to keeping the team aligned and ensuring deliverables are met on time.

As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with Project Managers to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish. You’ll be responsible for tracking progress, managing information flow, and coordinating activities across the project lifecycle. This role is key to keeping the team aligned and ensuring deliverables are met on time.
Responsibilities
- Collating reports for the senior leaderships team and create standardised formatting for reporting purposes i.e. toolbox talks, driver compliance, ABCDE, service now requests, monthly programme updates and license to operate evidence packs.
- Creating detailed project notes and meeting minutes with an ADL register in a collaborative space.
- Produce reports for the Project Managers and senior leadership ahead of board / governance meetings to ensure deadlines are met.
- Monitor project progress, budget, hours, etc. (managing SAP project related information) in order to ensure accurate costing and time recording. Track and manage incoming paperwork from external contractors/ supplier.
- Keep all members of the team up to date with current information and paperwork such as F10’s, CPP, PCI, PIP, documentation, commissioning plans etc. Alongside organising collaborative meetings with suppliers and stakeholders to upskill the wider team.
- Appoint and manage the required supply chain to deliver the project specific deliverables, including the procurement and management of construction activities where needed.
- Travel and work at various sites/location as and when required, organise and prepare health and safety standdown visits.
- Organise collaborative days for the team to boost engagement and encourage out of the box innovative thinking.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Experience of managing projects in systems (desirable)
- Experience of working on multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience of producing data and reports
- Experience of preparing monthly performance reports using various data and statistics, even when some is conflicting
- Experience of working in a team environment
- Understanding of working to standards, codes and practices
- Experience of generating quotes and business cases
- Well organized and meticulous attention to detail
- Good communication, report writing and presentation skills
- You are forward looking and proactive; looking ahead to anticipate problems and develop plans to overcome potential obstacles.
- You seek opportunities to develop your capability and performance
- Strong personal discipline, able to operate within boundaries and parameters (design standards, H&S regulations etc.)

Required
- Excellent level of IT skills, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- O level or equivalent English, Maths
- Good problem solving skills
- Working level of SAP knowledge
- Full UK driving license
