Job Mission

As a Project Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to manage and organize new projects initiated by the sales team. This role requires you to effectively communicate with customers to schedule installation dates, collaborate closely with the sales team, procure necessary equipment from suppliers (primarily from our headquarters), and coordinate with the engineering team to ensure seamless project execution.


Key Responsibilities

  • Organize new projects sold by the sales team.
  • Communicate with customers to arrange installation dates.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and order equipment from suppliers.
  • Liaise with the engineering team to ensure smooth project execution.


Preferred Competencies

  • Essential:
  • Extremely well-organized.
  • Ability to handle busy and complex processing.
  • Clear communicator.
  • Nice to Have:
  • Experience in project management.
  • Experience working in the manufacturing sector (3 years).


Experience and Education

  • Proven experience in project coordination or management.
  • Background in the manufacturing sector is advantageous.
