Your Role

The Programme Director role will take full responsibility for the P&L and end-to-end delivery of a major programme portfolio, ensuring effective resource allocation and performance across research, production, and existing programmes.

The successful candidate will be an important member of a Value Stream leadership team in the UK, based in Wolverhampton and with frequent travel to an international customer base across Europe and the US.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with key customers, ensuring delivery of programme outcomes, risks, and opportunities
  • Own programme P&L, oversee multiple vendors, and support contract negotiations and compliance
  • Drive governance and performance excellence across programmes, ensuring delivery to the highest standards
  • Identify issues and implement solutions, including resource allocation and coordinated customer responses
  • Champion continuous improvement and best practice across each value stream
  • Contribute to strategic planning and mid-term business goals, supporting business development activities
  • Build and lead a high-performing, accountable team while fostering collaboration across internal and external stakeholders
