Working in partnership with leading global HVOR customers, Sensata develops Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) solutions that enhance system performance, reliability, and cost efficiency. These products support safety-critical applications across next-generation trucks, buses, and stationary storage systems.




The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of a portfolio of projects and programs. This role ensures that all initiatives are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will also serve as a key liaison between project teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout.

General Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple projects across the full lifecycle, ensuring delivery within defined scope, quality, timeline, and budget constraints.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and project managers to define project scope, deliverables, resource requirements, schedules, and budgets for new initiatives.

  • Establish and manage timelines, budgets, and project activities.

  • Apply effective risk, change, and resource management practices.

  • Identify and resolve high-level project issues and escalations.

  • Evaluate program performance, identifying strengths and opportunities for improvement.

  • Ensure delivery against key objectives, including customer satisfaction and team performance.

  • Drive and manage changes or interventions required to achieve project goals.

  • Facilitate transparent and effective communication with stakeholders regarding project progress, issues, and decisions.

  • Produce accurate, timely reporting on program status throughout its lifecycle.

  • Conduct ongoing risk analysis and mitigation planning across programs.

Experience / Qualifications

  • A university degree required (i.e. Bachelor’s degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
    Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands

  • Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation

  • Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results

  • Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity

  • Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

  • Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers

  • Customer facing PM, leading a multi-disciplinary team in executing Program comprising of both HW and SW

  • Lead all aspects in defining the business case for new opportunities.

  • Lead specific Change Management projects in line with customer and company requirements.

Essential Criteria:

  • At least 2+ years’ experience in Project and/or Program Management.
  • Experience in leading development Projects

Desirable Criteria:

  • Background in an Automotive or fast paced technology development environment

  • Knowledge of Cyber Security and Functional Safety requirements for the Automotive industry
