Role: Senior Delivery lead (Program Manager)

Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end delivery from initiation through production release.
- Facilitate Pre-Program Increment (PI) planning, integrated release planning, and agile ceremonies.
- Manage E2E test planning, execution, and reporting.
- Align cross-platform dependencies and ensure readiness for delivery.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Architects, and Business Partners to ensure strategic alignment.
- Track and report on program metrics, risks, and delivery health.
- Promote continuous improvement and innovation across delivery teams.
- Manage external vendor relationships where applicable.
- Ability to inform or co-develop architecture and process flows for end-to-end solutions.
- Strong understanding of technical platforms and applications.
- Skilled in facilitating technical alignment across product teams.
- Ability to effectively communicate across third parties, technical and business product managers on solution design is a plus
- Experience managing cross-platform or enterprise-scale initiatives.
- Ability to drive data-informed decisions using delivery metrics.
- Experience in Financial Services domain
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
- 10 + years of experience in Program or Project Management.
- Proven experience in end-to-end delivery for large-scale, critical initiatives in close collaboration with engineering, product, and business leaders
- Strong experience in Agile, Scrum, or other rapid development methodologies.
- Background in software design and coding across one or more platforms is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
- Experience in Financial Services domain and specifically on Credit Card domain
- Good Analytical and Problem-solving skills
- A high degree of initiative and flexibility
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
