Date: 1 week ago
City: Milton Keynes
Contract type: Full time

Red Bull Powertrains have an exciting opportunity to be a part of our expanding Power Unit business.

Our dynamic environment ensures that everyone can make a valuable contribution and we are looking for Production Controllers to join our team, helping to deliver World Championship winning PUs year on year from 2026. Now is an exciting time to join the team as we progress through the R&D phase, and we are looking for proactive team players who can support planning and delivery of components through Manufacturing, Assembly and Build departments.

The objective of the Production Control team is to coordinate delivery of the right thing in the right place at the right time, and to act as a central ‘communications’ hub for delivery across the operational areas. The role will be responsible for providing clear and achievable production/build plans for each required area, understanding and controlling department workload/capacity in line with agreed quantities and business priorities, and escalating delivery feedback to the wider organisation. The role will also be responsible for ensuring that all planned jobs carry an authentic build structure and bill of materials, whilst following company procedures of part traceability, consumption and parts management.

Reporting to the Head of Production Control, successful applicants will have prior experience of working in a production environment, be proficient in ERP systems and used to working to challenging deadlines in a fast-paced and evolving business. Excellent communications skills and teamwork are a must for this role.

Not only is this a fantastic Production Controller position, but it is also a fantastic team to work with here at Red Bull Powertrains. A good salary is just the start, there are many other benefits too such as our bonus scheme, private health care cover, life assurance scheme, workplace nursery scheme, company contributed pension scheme, on site gym & fitness classes, free daily food allowance, and a cycle to work scheme; but above all, the job satisfaction doesn’t get any better than the feeling of making a real contribution to our championship winning grand prix cars.
