Position Overview
As our international business grows, the demand for high quality internal training and education continues to significantly increase across EMEA. To meet these demands, we are growing our team.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Training and Medical Education lead to deliver pre-existing training programs and contribute to the development and execution of future training activities and initiatives.
In this role, you will work with a variety of internal business functions such as: Senior Management, Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations and Distributor Partners from a variety of different countries.
You will also work with external partners in clinical environments, specifically in Cardiac Catheter Labs.
The ability to collaborate and optimally work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders is an important requirement for this role.
Being a great teammate and having a positive “can-do” mindset is crucial to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities
Delivery of training for new hires and existing team.
Management of onboarding process and its continued development.
Presentation of clinical studies and device design/characteristics, including Shockwave Reducer implantation technique per IFU.
Catheter lab visits to ensure field-based team are supporting procedures optimally.
Supporting needs of the internal team with a sense of urgency and drive.
Ability to work closely with other functions such as Marketing.
Development and execution of activities that support selling skills and overall development of field-based team.
Routine performance of general administrative activities.
Requirements
Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, science, nursing or related fields, or equivalent experience.
Sales experience supporting interventional procedures
Interventional Cardiology OR Interventional Radiology experience preferred but not essential.
A history of effective collaboration across business functions
A high attention to detail and quality
Good prioritization and organizational skills
Interventional product and procedural knowledge / experience
Digital literacy (MS Office tools)
Excellent critical thinking skills
High energy results-oriented individual with a mature approach to working who has developed skills in motivating and encouraging others
Proactive with tasks and enjoys being “hands-on” versus “hands-off”
Demonstrates willingness to take decisions and responsibility for such
Effective written, verbal and presentation skills with all levels of customers and management
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while leading multiple priorities
Operate as a team and/or independently while demonstrating flexibility to changing requirements
