What This Role Is All About

As a Product Manager in the Health Adviser and Employer (HAE) Product Delivery Stream, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering seamless, digital experiences for our customers. You’ll lead the development of a thoughtful and strategic product roadmap, working collaboratively with diverse teams to bring innovative, inclusive, and impactful solutions to life.

Key Actions

• Shape and deliver the medium to long-term product strategy for Quote and Apply, ensuring it reflects both customer needs and business priorities.
• Facilitate inclusive ideation and design processes, partnering with R&D, UX, engineering, and content teams to co-create meaningful features.
• Take ownership of the day-to-day product experience, using insights and empathy to drive continuous improvement and reduce friction.
• Prioritise and manage the product backlog, delivering value iteratively through agile, customer-focused practices.
• Champion the voice of the customer within scrum teams, ensuring every feature contributes to a brilliant and accessible user experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare and refine user stories, journey epics, and feature maps that are clear, purposeful, and aligned.
• Stay curious and informed about market trends and competitor activity to guide thoughtful, forward-looking product decisions.
