As a Product Manager in the Health Adviser and Employer (HAE) Product Delivery Stream, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering seamless, digital experiences for our customers. You’ll lead the development of a thoughtful and strategic product roadmap, working collaboratively with diverse teams to bring innovative, inclusive, and impactful solutions to life.
Key Actions
- Shape and deliver the medium to long-term product strategy for Quote and Apply, ensuring it reflects both customer needs and business priorities.
- Facilitate inclusive ideation and design processes, partnering with R&D, UX, engineering, and content teams to co-create meaningful features.
- Take ownership of the day-to-day product experience, using insights and empathy to drive continuous improvement and reduce friction.
- Prioritise and manage the product backlog, delivering value iteratively through agile, customer-focused practices.
- Champion the voice of the customer within scrum teams, ensuring every feature contributes to a brilliant and accessible user experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare and refine user stories, journey epics, and feature maps that are clear, purposeful, and aligned.
- Stay curious and informed about market trends and competitor activity to guide thoughtful, forward-looking product decisions.
- A collaborative and inspiring product leader who brings people together to achieve shared goals.
- A strong team player with a track record of working inclusively across disciplines—engineering, design, research, and business teams.
- Confident in facilitating workshops and discussions that bring out diverse perspectives and lead to well-rounded solutions.
- Excellent communicator, able to adapt your style to connect with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Skilled in producing clear, high-quality documentation and artefacts that support effective delivery.
- Passionate about creating positive, empowering experiences for customers and colleagues alike.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
