As the Product Manager for Ordering and Customisations, you will lead a multidisciplinary team changing the way hundreds of thousands of households choose to eat dinner each night.
You will work closely with a dedicated product designer and engineering manager to lead an embedded tech squad consisting of software engineers and data analysts. Together, you will develop the long term product roadmap that ensures our customers can enhance their ordering experience on Gousto in a personalised and streamline way.
You will develop the full-stack experience on web, iOS and Android, including the functionality and ‘look and feel’ of customisations, as well as our sides and marketplace tabs, so that customers can add exciting extras, enjoy flexibility in terms of order size, and swap things out to suit their tastes and needs. You will also be working cross-functionally to help enable some of our biggest projects.
We’re looking for a product manager who shares our vision and passion to innovate and deliver on behalf of our customers. The successful candidate will have demonstrable technical and analytical expertise and a track record of working cross-functionally, as well as closely with design and engineering teams to drive rapid, hypothesis driven experimentation in customer facing environments.
Core Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Group Product Manager, you will:
Build and develop a digital product strategy within your domain
Advocate customer needs by generating and using qualitative and quantitative insights
Rigorously prioritise using customer and business-lenses
Raise the bar on insight-driven experimentation, and set the standards for other teams.
Use lean practices to drive product development with a team of world-class engineers, data analysts and solutions architects
Drive change through a cross-functional team delivering value to the customer and keeping internal stakeholders aligned on direction
Work closely with our operations, operations systems, proposition, product analysts and senior leadership teams
Direct the ideation, development and launch of new capabilities
Define and analyse metrics that inform the success of your domain
Who You Are

You’re intensely analytical - you rely on quantitative data to make decisions, and you are familiar with A/B testing and experimentation. You use data to discover opportunities, identify issues and drive performance.
Your Skills
Strong product management experience including agile
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Excellent organisational and analytical skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritise accordingly
A customer-centric approach to problems whilst maintaining a sharp focus on commercial metrics
Strong stakeholder management skills
