If so, we’d like to meet you. As a Process Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and improving manufacturing processes that ensure performance, quality, and cost efficiency. If so, we’d like to meet you. As a Process Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and improving manufacturing processes that ensure performance, quality, and cost efficiency. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and contribute directly to operational excellence and successful product industrialization.
Key Activities and Responsibilities
- Design and implement efficient manufacturing processes and tooling solutions.
- Lead automation and continuous improvement projects to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Drive smooth industrialization of new products to serial production.
- Develop and maintain PFMEAs, Process Flow Diagrams, Control Plans, and Work Instructions.
- Analyze production data, identify root causes of deviations, and implement corrective actions.
- Optimize process layouts, capacity, and workflow to ensure operational stability.
- Work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and R&D teams to ensure robust and reliable processes.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with internal and customer requirements.
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering or relevant industry equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing/process engineering.
- Strong understanding of machining, parts production, and automation processes.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving tools (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone).
- Knowledge of PFMEA and Process Control Plans.
- SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Analytical mindset, proactive attitude, and strong ownership.
- Independent, innovative, and improvement-driven personality.
