The Role
The collaborative and supportive team have an incredible opportunity for someone like you. You would be getting stuck into some interesting and exciting issues that will fuel your passion for this specialism of law. You could see yourself getting involved in:
* Estate planning, including preparation of Wills and advice on lifetime giving
* Probate and Estate administration, including advising on Deeds of Variation
* Preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Advice on the creation, administration, and termination of trusts
