We’re recruiting for a Compliance Managerto join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary and strong benefits package.

What you'll be doing:

  • Providing independent conduct risk and regulatory compliance advice to LGC’s alternative asset origination and management business,
  • Developing, testing, implementing, and reviewing new conduct risk and compliance frameworks that can fit LGC’s varied investment portfolio,
  • Interpreting and applying regulatory rules to new ‘non-standard’ investments,
  • Acting as a subject matter expert relating to Private Asset conduct risk, compliance, and regulations
  • Woking closely with stakeholders across LGC to educate and suggest new ways to further mitigate and manage conduct and regulatory risks


Who we're looking for:

  • Hands on experience of Alternative/Private Asset Compliance and Conduct risk is essential
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and adapt working styles to solve different problems
  • Strong understanding of key regulations and FCA rules
  • Ability to guide and challenge first line teams
