We have a great opportunity for a Print Room Assistant to join our busy Albany House team in Eastbourne providing a vital central support service to our Branch network of over 250 stores and Head Office departments.
Working alongside the Print Room Supervisor, this role provides an essential support service to our entire Branch network as well as our Head Office - Albany House. Key responsibilities include managing the incoming & outgoing post and IBT service as well as commercial and general stationery supplies across the business - everything from pens and paper to colour cards and display signage.

As a Print Room Assistant, Some Responsibilities Will Include
- Processing and sending out stationery requests received from our branches and Albany House departments
- Checking and maintaining stock levels in the department, informing the Stationery Supervisor of anything that needs reordering
- Operating various computer controlled printers and other office machinery to produce items of stationery for stock or dispatch to branches
- Receiving deliveries in Goods Inwards and ensuring it is distributed accordingly
- Collecting and delivering post around Albany House, assisting with the mailing machine for bulk mail shots
- Maintaining the Stationery Department’s computer controlled stationery pricing records
- Deputising for the Stationery Supervisor in his absence on all stationery and print room related matters
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with people at all levels
- Approachable, possessing an open and friendly personality
- Strong organisational skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Self motivated with the ability to work to deadlines
- This role will require lifting and carrying some large or heavy items of stock and will also include distributing and collecting post around our three story office building
