The Role

As our Senior Print Production Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in connecting our Project Teams, Studio, and Production Departments to ensure every project is delivered to the highest standard—on time, on budget, and exactly to brand specification.


This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in large-format print, graphics, creative production, or experiential environments, who enjoys leading from the front and driving continuous improvement.


What You'll Be Doing

Managing complex print and production projects from concept through to delivery

Advising on production methods, materials, sustainability considerations, and best practices

Collaborating closely with Project Managers, Studio Teams, Production Teams, and Installation Crews

Monitoring capacity, workflows, quality standards, and project timelines

Supporting and mentoring the wider Production Management team

Driving efficiency, reducing waste, and ensuring commercial success across projects

Leading production kick-off meetings, project reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives


What We're Looking For

Previous experience in the graphics, print, creative production, manufacturing, experiential, or production industry

Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail

Strong leadership and communication skills

The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a busy environment

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Experience working with production schedules, quality control, and stakeholder management

Confidence working across departments to deliver outstanding client results
