Who we are looking for:

Unistrut is looking for an experienced press setter/operator to support our continued growth.

What you’ll do:

• Set and Operate power Presses and ancillary equipment
• Assemble products and frames to drawings
• Produce parts at the correct rate and report any issues with achieving that rate
• Take responsibility for the quality of the parts produced
• Keep production and quality related records up to date
• Ensure good levels of 5S are maintained in the area
• Be involved in continuous improvement processes driving through improvements in all aspects of the role
• Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed
• Performs Other Duties as Assigned

Hours of work will be 39 hours per week working 2-week rota shift pattern:

Shift 1 – Monday -Thursday 6am -2pm and Fridays 6am-1pm

Shift 2 – Monday-Thursday 2pm-10pm and Fridays 1pm-8pm

Hourly pay rate - £12.21 depending on experience, plus 22% shift allowance for day shifts
