Come and join Peoples Falkirk newly refurbished workshop as a Prep Mechanic!

As a Prep Mechanic you will carry out vehicle preparations on new and used vehicles to ensure they are ready to be displayed in our Dealerships for sale. You will play an important role in helping to ensure that each vehicle is moved through the stages of preparing, testing, repairing and quality checking process.

You will have the chance to work on a huge range of vehicles, from unique Ford models to the newest electric vehicles and everything in-between.

Don’t worry if you don’t have direct Ford experience or are not a fully Qualified Mechanic – we are happy to give you the skills! Whether you are a 3rd year apprentice looking for a permanent role, a fast-fit technician looking to move into a Dealership or a Master Technician looking for your next role, we promise we will have a role to suit you!

We have a diverse mix of skills in our Dealerships and we are proud to offer continuous development and training for anyone who wants to take us up on the offer.

What You’ll Have

• A full UK driving licence

Hours and Location

We offer a 40-hour working week Monday to Friday with regular overtime available. We also have a range of flexible working patterns so we can always find the best fit for everyone.
