Facilities Management Supervisor Apprenticeship

We’re partnering with GLP Training to offer a Level 3 Facilities Management Supervisor Apprenticeship, ideal for those looking to step into a leadership role in premises and facilities.

About the Role:

Facilities Supervisors keep our school environments safe and efficient. Key tasks include delegating duties, solving problems, and managing risk. If you’re proactive, organised, and passionate about facilities, this could be the perfect fit.

Programme Details:

• 14-month apprenticeship (longer if part-time)
• Blended, on-the-job training during working hours
• Mentorship provided
• Training funded by GLF’s apprenticeship levy (£5,000)
• GCSE Grade 4/C+ in Maths/English required (or willingness to complete Level 2 Functional Skills)
• Must be eligible to work in the UK and have 3 years’ UK/EEA residency

The Details:

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: £14,133.60–£22,857.12 (FTE)

Hours: Full or Part Time (52 weeks/year)
