Post 16 TA

• Location: Newcastle
• Salary: £75 - £100 per day
• Contract: Full Time, Temporary to Permanent
  
  

GSL Education are looking for dedicated Post 16 Teaching Assistants to support students in post-secondary educational settings in Newcastle.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of educational programs to students aged 16+.
• Provide one-to-one support and small group tuition.
• Support the development of employability skills and preparation for further education.
• Liaise with teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote student success.
  
  

Requirements

• Relevant experience in a similar role or a degree in education.
• Strong understanding of the academic and social needs of older adolescents.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate students.
• A proactive and supportive approach to education.
