We are looking for someone to deliver P3M (Project, Programme and Portfolio Management) services, including scheduling, financial monitoring, and risk tracking.
You will coordinate reports to support governance, provide training on P3M processes and tools, and support senior management in embedding best practices across our organisation. Additionally, you'll take on the role of service manager for one or more P3M services.
What skills/experience do I need to be successful?
Hybrid working typically means 2 days in the office location listed on this advert and 3 days working at home each week. Some occasional travel to our other offices may be required.

What skills/experience do I need to be successful?
- Proven experience in supporting project, program, or portfolio managers in the delivery of projects, including coordination, planning, control, and reporting;
- Demonstrated ability to maintain schedules and plans, monitor financials, and provide decision-support;
- Experience in maintaining and managing risks, actions, issues, and change registers;
- Experience in maintaining libraries, registers, and systems to support governance;
- Experience in providing education, training, and first-line support on P3M procedures, processes, and tools.
