Hours: Monday – Thursday, 7:30am – 4:00pm | Friday, 7:30am – 1:00pm

Salary: £30,000 per annum

Are you an organised and proactive planner with experience in manufacturing environments? We’re currently seeking a Production and Materials Planner to join a well-established electronics engineering company based in Waterlooville.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production activities to meet customer demand and project deadlines
• Coordinate material requirements, stock levels, and procurement activities
• Monitor inventory and ensure timely availability of components and materials
• Liaise with production, engineering, and purchasing teams to streamline workflow
• Resolve material shortages, delays, or scheduling conflicts effectively
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to planning and materials usage
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a planning or materials coordination role, ideally in electronics or manufacturing
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Proficient in using planning or MRP/ERP systems
• A team player with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
