Personal Carers work under the direction of the registered staff to meet the individual care needs of residents in an effective and holistic manner, ensuring a high standard of living is maintained in a pleasant, homelike environment with a genuine interest in caring for the elderly, supporting their dignity and independence.
You will support customers with a variety of activities in their daily lifestyle routines including home/room cleaning and clothing, food and dining experiences, social interaction and companionship, lifestyle interests and reminiscence.
This role is for a fixed term until August 2027 and requires availability Monday to Friday, working between 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM and 6:30 AM – 1:00 PM.

What do you need for the role?
- Certificate III in Aged/Community Care and/or appropriate qualifications and experience
- Willingness to work as a team member, relating to a multi-disciplinary team
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly advantageous
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
