A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

  • Managing multiple complex diaries for senior leaders, prioritising business-critical meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts at pace
  • Acting as a central point of contact, handling communications and correspondence on behalf of senior stakeholders with professionalism and discretion
  • Coordinating national and international travel, including itineraries, accommodation, and logistics
  • Preparing high-quality meeting packs, presentations, and briefing materials using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Organising and delivering key events end-to-end, ensuring they run to schedule, meet objectives, and stay within budget
  • Attending leadership meetings to take minutes, track actions, and ensure follow-through against agreed priorities
  • Collating and analysing data to support senior management decision-making and strategic discussions

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders in a fast-paced administrative or Personal Assistant role
  • Are highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Are confident communicators, able to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to produce high-quality outputs
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and can confidently adapt to changing priorities
  • Have experience working in a matrix organisation or complex business environment
  • Have an understanding of the Supply Chain or Logistics sector, or are keen to develop this knowledge - Desirable
