We are currently looking for a PA to join the team! Reporting into the Executive Assistant, you will provide confidential, discrete and time sensitive secretarial and administration support to the Exec Team. We can offer this role on either a full (37.5 hours) or part time (30 hour) basis. Whilst we offer flexible working, Fridays will need to be in the office The Role- Diary management for some of the Exec team, maintaining the daily diary, including coordination of others and making appointments
- Supporting the EA in administration duties
- Liaising with the Board and senior team within the Group as required
- Responsible for managing external contacts and communicating with them regularly on behalf of the Exec team
- Expenses management and processing invoices
- Research and event planning for colleague engagement and organising team social events, conferences and external meetings
- Support with preparing presentations
- Screen phone calls, evaluate enquiries and requests and handle as appropriate
- Effectively process email for Exec team and incoming post responding as and when necessary
- Must have strong IT and computer skills including Microsoft packages especially experience with creating presentations for Exec Team (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Arrange UK and foreign travel itineraries and accommodation as and when required
- Experienced Personal Assistant essential, ideally with experience at a senior level
- Experience in multi-person diary management
- Confident multi tasker
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Energetic with a ‘can do’, positive attitude
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels
- High level of professionalism and discretion
