If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to support our Head of Business Markets in Sales and the Head of Business Care, Billing, and Collections within Vodafone Business.

What You’ll Do

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to support our Head of Business Markets in Sales and the Head of Business Care, Billing, and Collections within Vodafone Business.
In this role you will
- Set up and manage regular and ad-hoc meetings, including scheduling and rescheduling diaries for senior management
- Organise and manage travel arrangements and department-wide events
- Provide administrative support, including creating & maintain organisation charts and drafting PowerPoint presentations, as well as supporting the wider team with admin tasks
- Provide agenda consolidation for weekly and monthly senior management meetings, ensuring required information and documentation is available prior to all meetings. Assemble meeting packs if required
- Build and maintain effective relationships with peers and their PAs/DAs, ensuring consistent and professional communication
- Proven experience of supporting at Director level, within a large complex organisation
- Highly proficient secretarial skills including MS office with an emphasis on PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- Strong organisation skills with an ability to constantly re prioritise
- Confident and engaging communication and influencing skills with an ability to push back when required
- A flair for concise and relevant report/ brief generation
- Builds effective relationships and breaks down barriers
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations
- Passionate about technology with the ability to embrace new technologies and ways of working in the day to day
